Why we give back
When you join, you support the club, school, kinder or charity you choose, and the Find Foundation, a not-for-profit that runs free community papers across Victoria. To say thank you, we give something back to you.

All members go into one draw for a prize. It is drawn live on our website on the last day of each month at 7pm AEST.
Business Partners may add extra prizes in some months. We list those draws on the website.

One member wins a major prize, and so does the organisation they support.
You get one entry for every month you are a member that year. Members can buy extra entries.

Questions
How do Find Card giveaways work?
Member draws are held on the last day of each month at 7pm AEST, and you can watch them live on our website. The giveaways are only for Find Card members, so if you are not a member yet, sign up here.
Do I have to be a Find Card member to enter?
Yes. The draws are only for Find Card members. Sign up to be part of the monthly draws.
Do I get an entry code or certificate?
No. We use a digital name draw. Your entries are based on the months you have been a member that calendar year, up to 12 entries. A winner is picked at random each month.
Can anyone in Australia win?
Yes, as long as you live in Australia and we can send you the prize. Best of luck!
How do I know I am in the draw?
After you join, you get welcome emails with your Find Card login. Every member is automatically in the monthly draw and the Grand Member Giveaway. Before each draw we email everyone in it to remind them to watch live, so check your spam folder if you do not see it.
What are my chances of winning?
For now there is one monthly draw for everyone. As membership grows, we plan to split the draws by region so more people have a chance to win.
Is there only one draw each month?
To start with, yes. As more Business Partners join, some may give a prize in a given month. We list those extra draws on the website and email everyone who is in them. If a Business Partner wants a draw for their region only, we say so on the website and email the members in that region. Extra draws never replace the monthly draw.
If I win, how will you contact me?
We use the contact details you gave when you joined, and we contact you within 24 hours of the draw.
How are the draws done?
A computer picks a winner at random, live on our website at the draw time. We let you know before the draw that you are in it. Only paid members go into the draw.
What is the Grand Member Giveaway?
A major prize drawn at the end of each year. One member wins, and so does the organisation they chose when they joined.
How many Grand Member Giveaway entries do I get?
One for every month you are a member that year before the draw. Join three months before the draw and you have three entries. Be a member all year and you have 12.
Can I buy more Grand Member Giveaway entries?
Yes. Members can buy as many extra entries as they like. The more entries you have, the better the chance that you and your organisation win the major prize.
Do I have to be over 18?
No. Anyone can use the discounts and join. If you are under 18, we will ask you to confirm you have a parent or guardian’s permission.
